The washer won't come on.

Check to make sure your outlet is working by plugging in something else in it.  Give us a call and we will help you fix it.

Washer is over sudsing.

This is typically due to using the wrong or too much detergent.  Scoop out as much as you can and spray some PAM into the washer to deactivate the suds and try and drain unit.  Before putting clothes to wash back into your washer, first you should use Washer Magic throughout your washer which will clean out

The indicator light stays lit.

In most cases, this is also due to a bad or damaged switch

The oven door is stuck closed.

This may be caused by a misaligned self-clean latch or a defective clock or oven control

The oven is not baking or the broiler is not working.

A bad bake igniter or valve may be the culprit, which may require new parts

5.

The oven is not heating or is heating poorly.

Depending on the type of oven you have, this could happen for a variety of reasons.

The oven will not heat up.

You may need to replace your bake or broil heating elements and or igniter
